Returns and Exchanges
We understand that you may want to return your Pumptec system for one reason or another. In order to serve you, please call Shawn Glover at 866.857.7078 to discuss and follow his directions. Have your Serial Number of the item you are referencing when you call. Then, after your discussion with Shawn and it is decided to move forward to return the item(s), proceed to the link below to fill out the detailed information.
Read the instructions carefully and fill out thoroughly the RGA form for authorization to return with the following information: 1. Part Number. 2. Serial Number Date Code. 3. Invoice/PO Number. 4. Brief Description of Failure. Submit the form and wait for Customer Service to issue your RGA number if it is approved. Upon approval, return the item(s) properly boxed, packaged or crated. It is understood that improper packaging may result in voiding all or part of your return authorization.
No return will be accepted without an approved RGA number and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
